By downloading or using Pocket Crimes you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

The game

Pocket Crimes is a logic puzzle game made for entertainment. Its crimes, victims and suspects are fictional, and any resemblance to real people or events is a coincidence.

Price, adverts and purchases

The game is free to download and play, and it shows adverts. It may offer optional in-app purchases, such as hints. Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms, and refunds follow their policies. Hints can only be used in the game and have no cash value.

Your progress

Your progress is stored on your phone only. If the app is deleted or the phone is lost, it cannot be recovered.

Changes to the game

Cases may be corrected, added or withdrawn, and features may change over time.

Intellectual property

The app and everything in it, including the cases, art, text and code, belong to Roberto Pérez Marín. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without written permission.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, interruptions or problems with your device. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page will show the new version and its date.
